PRACTICAL INFORMATION
At Villa Grandissimo, we want pricing to be simple and transparent. That is why electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are always included in the rate. This allows guests to relax and enjoy their stay without worrying about extra consumption costs — especially in a large house with indoor pool, spa and sauna.
The house has 11 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and space for up to 30 guests. Duvets and pillows are available in the house, while guests should bring their own bed linen, including sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. Please also bring towels unless otherwise agreed.
The kitchen is well equipped for large groups, with service, glasses, cutlery, cookware and dining equipment for up to 30 guests. The house has two fridge/freezers, two ovens and two dishwashers, making cooking and cleaning up much easier when many people are staying together. The large oak dining table seats up to 30 guests and creates a natural gathering point for meals, celebrations and long evenings together.
Villa Grandissimo is also practical for families with children. The house offers plenty of high chairs, travel cots, children’s toilet seats, potties and small step stools. The dedicated children’s room and storage bench are filled with toys, stuffed animals and fun activities for the little ones.
There are four bathrooms in total, including bathroom facilities close to the pool and wellness area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, which is especially useful for longer stays or families travelling with children.
There is plenty of parking directly by the house, making arrival easy for larger groups travelling in several cars. The house is located in Harboøre, close to supermarkets, activities and the beach, so most daily needs are within easy reach.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture for up to 30 people and a gas grill — perfect for lunches, summer evenings and relaxed barbecue dinners. The enclosed terrace is also practical for families with children and for guests bringing dogs, who are welcome at Villa Grandissimo. There is also a petanque court on the property.
The house is arranged on one level and offers generous space, which many guests with reduced mobility appreciate. However, please note that Villa Grandissimo is not specially adapted for disabled guests. There is a relatively high step at the entrance, and the bathrooms have standard layouts.
For larger gatherings, company stays or celebrations, there are good catering options in the area. Local providers can deliver food directly to the house, making it easy to host dinners, lunches or special events without handling everything yourselves.
Only a short walk from the house, you will find SuperBrugsen with a bakery section and a large Rema 1000. Harboøre Hallen, Café Blæst, Fun Park and fitness facilities are also close by, while the beautiful sandy beach by the Danish North Sea is only 1,800 meters away.
